Removes with needle nosed pliers and DOUBLES the visibility and allows for the bead to 'peep' ABOVE the heat shield for optimal target acquisition (SEE PHOTO FOR REFERENCE). This kit contains "HighBall", our Oversized Front Bead Sight which is not only easier to see, but the extended height helps correct high-shooting that is caused by the short factory front bead. HighBall is machined from solid Marine Brass and is passivated for increased corrosion resistance. Its a BEAUTIFUL DAY in the pump-shotgun world! We now have modified heat shields to fit the Mossberg 590A1. These are hand-fit on our in-house 590A1 to fit the dimensions of the Mossberg A1 Heavy-barrel. Our design modifies the brackets and inner-rings for geometry reasons. Shield will hide about 90% of your standard brass bead, but blade sights are perfectly visible. All hardware and brackets are included (Will include 2 sets of zinc-black screws in 8mm and 12mm length). There will be a small 1-2mm gap between the brackets (This is normal, and dont over-tighten). See the included photo of the ONE model (Short 7rd mag-tube) where this shield will NOT work. This a 'rough-cut' modification, so its not going to be 100% free of burrs or sanding marks, but we will keep the price reasonable on the labor costs.
